Wes

Monday, January 29, 2007

My buddy Wes contacted me needing some head shots to give his new talent agency. His girlfriend Heather came along and it turned into an all out couples sitting! Now...the high on Sunday was about 34˚F...it was cold ya'll. Real cold. But everyone involved was determined to make this happen.

One of the places he is sending his head shot and resume is to the show "Prison Break". Now if this next photo doesn't look like some hardened criminal running from the law...I don't know what does. He actually stole my wallet before I took this picture. True story. *

Special thanks to our wonderful make-up artist Heather Partain! She couldn't do anything about all the shivering...but she sure did a great job of keeping everyone from looking blue!

*not a true story.

Wes may look familiar to some of you....he is in Vince Gill's most recent video. Take a look...he's part of the first couple in the apartment window.

Bodyguard for Hire

My client for the event I talked about below is a company called Bodyguard For Hire. They provided the security for all of the talent who were present for the premier of the motion picture "Constellation". This movie was based and actually filmed in Huntsville, AL.

The Bodyguard For Hire team works all over the world and provide protection expertise in the executive , political, and entertainment industries.

Of the stars in attendance on Saturday night Billy Dee Williams was one of the most recognized.

There was a fairly large crowd on hand to welcome the stars of the movie as they entered on the red carpet.

The need for security continued at the after-party at The Ledges of Huntsville.

Red Carpet Anna

I really owe Anna a nice vacation. She is constantly acting as my assistant on different photo jobs and I never hear her complain....unless of course she is outside....in the cold...and rain...then you may hear her complain a little. Luckily she was able to get out of the elements for most of the night on Saturday!

She helped me out with a job related to the premier of the movie "Constellation" that was filmed here in the Huntsville, AL area.

Here's an image of my lovely wife/assistant as she made her way down the red carpet.

Bridal Fashion

Thursday, January 18, 2007

Earlier this week I took advantage of a day off of work to setup some bridal fashion shoots. Whitney, Marianne, and Wes were kind enough to model for me. Whitney and Wes' photos were actually taken in the historic Princess Theatre where Anna and I got married back in August!
